Installed with just two adjustable bands, this bracket is not going to move, shift, or work loose once the bands are tightened. Just drop the flagpole into the deep 5 inch neck of the bracket and you are done! No screws to drop, no adjustment to the angle, all of your flags hang at the same angle all of the time.
