45 Series banner bracket system consist of the following components: 2-No rust, aluminum brackets, 2-heavy duty fiberglass rods, 2- rod pins to secure the rod in place, 2 tywraps to secure the banner to the bracket, 4-stainless steel bands to secure the bracket to the pole. This set is used with banners up to 45 inches.
