Do I have to pay sales tax or use tax?
We charge sales tax on all items shipped to the states of Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Indiana, and California. For details, see Sales Tax. • For all shoppers in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa we are required to collect sales tax. Freight is taxable on products shipped to Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. All products sold by Display Sales are taxable in the states mentioned above.

Tax-exempt organizations should call customer service to be set up as a tax-exempt on-line purchaser.

Can you ship next day including Saturday?
Yes, although additional charges may apply. More details about our shipping options.

Can I order from a real person over the telephone?
Yes, you can order over the Internet or contact one of our friendly Sales Representatives at 800-328-6195. Our Sales Representative can assist you in taking your order as well. You can also place your order by faxing us at 952-885-0099 or click here to send us an e-mail. Please include your name and phone number so that we may call you if we have any questions concerning your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Currently we do not accept purchase orders for online ordering. Contact our Customer Service to find our how we can accommodate your ordering needs. Purchase orders are accepted for current customers ordering through their sales representative by telephone.

What is your return policy?
You can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.

What should I do if something is damaged in shipping?
Contact customer service immediately to determine the proper course of action. Do not return any merchandise without an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number that you obtain from customer service. If you do, you will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price of the product.

What should I do if the price in the system is wrong?
We make every effort to have accurate pricing online. However, we always verify prices as part of our order procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping. If you are confused as to what pricing is correct, please contact customer service.

How can I tell the availability of an item?
We make every effort to keep all items in stock. If we cannot fill an order immediately, we will contact you to determine if you want to partially ship the available items or wait until we can process the entire order. For more information, see Pricing and Availability. You may contact us to get a precise quantity available. We will ship backordered merchandise as soon as it becomes available.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order, if we have not shipped it, by contacting Customer Service. If order has shipped, see return policy.
