Navy Flag

The United States Navy Flag uses the seal of the U.S. Department of the Navy set on a dark blue field. The flag is not used as an identifying mark of U.S. Navy Ships, unlike the U.S. Coast Guard. Adopted by Eisenhower in in 1959.
