- Campus Pride on Every Light Pole: Academic pole banners show off campus views, mottos, majors, athletics, and graduation messages along campus drives and walkways, printed double-sided for visitors coming from either direction. Seasonal designs can rotate from welcome week to homecoming to commencement on the same brackets.
- Ceremony-Ready Gonfalons and Podium Banners: Gonfalons lead commencement processions in rectangle, fishtail, double fishtail, and chevron shapes, and matching podium banners put your seal front and center at the lectern. Ordering both together keeps colors, seals, and fabrics consistent across the entire ceremony.
- Stage and Portable Displays: Stage banners span the width of your commencement stage, while retractable floor, tabletop, and pop-up banners travel to orientation, admissions events, and recruiting fairs. Table runners in 30 inch widths finish registration and information tables with the same branding.
- One Partner for Your Whole Academic Program: Order pole banners, ceremonial banners, flags, and event displays from one team that knows how academic schedules work and helps you hit every ceremony date. That means fewer vendors to manage and one point of contact when deadlines get tight.

Display Sales does a great job. They come out and do a plan, go back and say this is what you do. They really went above and beyond making sure that you were gonna be satisfied and the it was gonna work and it wasn't going to be a pain for you to take care of.
the quality of the banners is really high. Obviously in Minnesota we face a lot of weather. In the summer they're getting beaten down with the sun. And yet year over year they continue to look beautiful. And that's something you want in a product and an investment like that.

FAQs: School and College Banners
What banners do we need for a graduation ceremony?
A typical commencement uses gonfalons for each college or school in the procession, a podium banner with your seal, and a stage banner behind the speakers. Many campuses add graduation pole banners along entrance drives to welcome families. We can quote the whole set together.
Can banners be customized with our school colors, logo, and mascot?
Yes. Our academic banners can be customized with your colors, seal, logo, mascot, and messaging. Our Account Managers handle custom designs and sizes.
How far ahead should we order for commencement?
Custom printed banners typically take 14 to 21 working days to produce. Plan to finalize designs six to eight weeks before graduation to leave time for proofs and installation.
What are gonfalons?
Gonfalons are vertical ceremonial banners that hang from a crossbar and are carried in academic processions. Ours are made from LuxPoly fabric in four shapes, with hemmed or fringed edges.
Do you offer portable displays for admissions and events?
Yes. We carry retractable floor and tabletop banners, pop-up banners, and 30 inch table runners for orientation, recruiting fairs, and campus events.
