Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (excluding shipping charges). The customer must contact Display Sales for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back the items.
The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise and all related shipping costs.
A restocking fee may apply, up to 25% of the product cost. If there is an issue with the shipment (other than loss or damage) the customer must contact Display Sales within 30 days of receiving the shipment to resolve the issue.
Returns are NOT accepted for custom or modified merchandise.
