Shipping policy

FOR ALL SMALL PACKAGE DELIVERIES (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, ETC): All shipments MUST be inspected at the time of delivery. The customer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify Display Sales of any shortage or damage to the order. After 48 hours it will be at the discretion of Display Sales to decide how to proceed.

FOR LTL/TRUCKLOAD DELIVERIES: Any damage or visible loss to your shipment MUST be noted on the delivery receipt (signed by the customer) at the time of delivery. In the event of loss or damage this must be done to file a claim. Display Sales is ineligible to file a claim on behalf of the customer if this is not done and the customer will be responsible for all replacement and/or repair costs

Display Sales is not liable for shipments lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Claims be filed by the purchaser within 10 days to Transit Company. Purchaser is responsible for reviewing merchandise upon receipt to verify order and condition

SHIPPING & FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITY:
DAMAGE OR VISIBLE LOSS: All shipments MUST be inspected at the time of delivery.  All LTL and Truckload deliveries MUST have damage or shortage noted on the delivery receipt (signed by the receiver) at the time of delivery.  Please note the delivery receipt could be a paper copy or digital (PDA).  Display Sales is ineligible to file a claim on behalf of the receiver if this is not done and the receiver will be responsible for all replacement and/or repair costs. 

 The receiver has 2 business days from the time of delivery to notify Display Sales of any shortage or damage to the order, with accompanying photos and details. After 2 business days it will be at the discretion of Display Sales to decide how to proceed. 

Additional service charges may apply for delivery to non-commercial locations, which include (but are not limited to) residences, schools, churches, hotels, military installations, and construction sites.  Use of a lift gate, unless requested at the time of purchase, will incur an additional service charge. 

Delivery appointments are requested for all LTL and Truckload deliveries.  A representative from the delivery company will reach out to prior to delivery to schedule the appointment date and time.
